CPV offers a specialised contract Veneer Lay Up service where we can press individual companies own veneer onto any substrate required. These panels can be pressed with our customers veneer, trimmed and sanded.

Contract Laminating – HPL

CPV offers a contract Lamination service where we can press individual companies Laminates (HPL) onto most substrates. These panels can be laminated and pressed to our customers requirements and trimmed ready for use.

Contract Paperback Laminating

CPV can press your Natural Timber Veneers or Reconstituted Veneers onto pre-glued Paper Backing in sizes 2400mm x 1200mm up to 3100mm x 1200mm. We can press on White Paper for Light colour species and medium colour for darker coloured species.

Paper backed products are un-sanded and very flexible. We can press in both long-grain and cross-banded veneers. Paper Backing is suited to areas requiring veneer with a tight radius.

Contract Multi-lay Laminating

CPV can manufacture your Natural Timber Veneers or Reconstituted Veneers to make Laminated Veneer Edging (LVE). We can press 2 layers, 3 layers and up to 5 layers (1.2mm – 3mm in thickness). We can make in sizes from 2400mm x 300mm up to 3100mm x 300mm and maximum width of 640mm.

Specialised Veneer Selection

We understand your project from simple to the very complicated in relation to specialised matching. Our Account Managers can arrange special selection of your veneer from our veneer supplier, where you can visit and choose the veneers required for your project.
